Do reports send automatically?+
Yes.
Once connected, AutoReports prepares and sends customer reports automatically.
There's nothing to click.
What reports can it send?+
AutoReports sends outstanding reports and activity reports.
When are the reports sent?+
AutoReports sends reports on a schedule you choose - daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
Who receives the reports?+
AutoReports sends emails to the relevant Xero customer contacts. You can choose which contacts receive reports and configure a Cc or Bcc address for every email.
Can I exclude certain contacts?+
Yes. Use Xero contact groups to exclude specific contacts or send reports only to selected contacts.
Does AutoReports make changes to my Xero account?+
No. We do not have write access to your Xero account.
Does AutoReports store my Xero data?+
AutoReports only accesses the information required to prepare and send report emails.
Who’s behind AutoReports?+
AutoReports is run by Exploding Labs, an independent Australian-based software studio.
We also make two other Xero apps: AutoReceipts and AutoStatements.
Can I disconnect at any time?+
Yes.
In the AutoReports dashboard, go to Settings, Connection, and click Disconnect from Xero.
You can also disconnect in Xero itself, but using this method may take up to 24 hours to register in AutoReports.
Once disconnected, no further report emails will be sent to customers.
