Terms of Service

Welcome to AutoReports, a service operated by Exploding Labs ("we",
"our", "us"). By using AutoReports, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Service
- You may use AutoReports only for lawful business purposes.
- You must have permission to connect the Xero organisation you connect to AutoReports.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your Xero data, recipient details, report settings, and outgoing email settings.
- You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to access AutoReports without authorisation.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or a breach of these terms.
2. Xero Connection and Reports
- AutoReports connects to Xero using permissions granted by you or an authorised Xero account holder.
- AutoReports reads Xero data needed to prepare and send outstanding and activity customer reports.
- AutoReports does not create, edit, delete, approve, or reconcile transactions in Xero.
- You are responsible for reviewing report content, recipients, schedules, and settings before relying on them.
- You can revoke AutoReports' access from within Xero at any time.
3. Accounts, Billing, and Changes
- Current pricing, trial, billing, and cancellation details are shown before you are charged.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- We may update, change, or discontinue parts of AutoReports from time to time.
4. Data
- You retain ownership of your business data.
- You give us permission to process your data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve AutoReports.
- We do not sell your data.
- Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
AutoReports, including its software, design, and content, is owned by
Exploding Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute,
or create competing services from AutoReports except as allowed by law
or with our permission.
6. Availability and Delivery
We work to keep AutoReports reliable, but we do not guarantee that the
service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every report will be
delivered. Xero availability, email delivery systems, recipient mailboxes,
network issues, incorrect settings, and third-party services can affect
whether a report is sent or received.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AutoReports is provided "as is" and
without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, business
interruption, failed delivery, delayed delivery, or incorrect reports
arising from your use of AutoReports.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right,
guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or
modified.
8. Termination
You may stop using AutoReports at any time and revoke access in Xero.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create
security or operational risk, or use the service unlawfully.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts
of Victoria, Australia have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these
terms.
